All rights, title, and interest in and to our services, including any software, are and will remain the exclusive property of Einstein Match and its licensors.

10. Feedback and Suggestions

Any feedback or suggestions provided by you to us are voluntarily given and, upon submission, become the property of City Center Financial. We may use this feedback in any manner without obligation to you.

11. Third-party Links

Our services may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible or liable for the content, products, or services on or available from those websites or resources.

12. SMS Messages

We use SMS (i.e. 'text') messaging to interact with our information services and personnel. Subscribers will receive no more than 1 message per day unless, by the subscribers interaction with our service and/or personnel, more messaging is appropriate and/or the subscriber is engaging in conversation with us or our systems.

SMS messages are sent under, identified by, our brand name "City Center Financial".

A.. Subscription Opt is available to the general public via the 10 digit telephone numbers we deploy and control for the purpose of delivering our information service. Opt in may be accomplished by texting the keyword "START" to one of our SMS campaign numbers.

Subscribers may cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to any number we are utilizing to send messages to you. After sending the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send an SMS message to confirm the unsubscribe. After this, no more SMS messages shall be received from us. A number may re-subscribe by following our proscribed opt-in process.

C. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages

D. As always, message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you. You will receive only occasional messages. If you have any questions about your text plan or data plan, it is best to contact your wireless provider.
